Dr. Sophia Capo, OD, FAAO, brings unique expertise to her practice that she’s eager to share. She’s lectured around the world and completed an accredited residency in pediatrics and vision therapy. With this extensive hands-on training and knowledge, Dr. Capo provides specialized care to patients across the Okanagan.
Dr. Capo was recently named BC Young Optometrist of the Year by BC Doctors of Optometry, recognizing her leadership, community involvement, and commitment to advancing patient care. This recognition reflects our clinic’s focus on identifying and addressing vision problems that may be missed in standard eye exams.

What Patients Do We Accept?
More Than Meets the Eye
We’re all about the kids at A B See Optometry and Vision Therapy. But we’re also a dedicated neuro-optometry and vision therapy practice.
Our eye care services, like specialized eye exams, are mainly for kids and patients with special needs, but we do provide general eye exams for adults.
We welcome patients of all ages for concussion vision rehabilitation and neuro-optometry. We also offer low vision support for adults and seniors.
We accept referrals from around the Okanagan Valley and beyond. Our clinic also uniquely works closely with a range of medical professionals, including pediatric and neuro-ophthalmologists, neurologists, physiotherapists, and vestibular therapists.
